Our Team

Hello, my name is Tasnim Bulbul. I am an Assistant Youth Worker and Environmental Stewardship Officer.

In my role, I design and oversee inclusive youth provision, shaping safe and dynamic spaces where young people can grow, express themselves and feel seen. I lead the strategic planning and facilitation of youth engagement, coordinate outreach across the community, and build collaborative partnerships that extend our collective impact. Alongside this, I drive environmental stewardship initiatives that position sustainability and creative practice as active pathways for youth voice, leadership and community impact.

I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a workaholic; there never seem to be enough hours in the day. But when I do take a break, you’ll usually find me drawing, exploring green spaces, or heading off on small adventures.
